Property Investment Portfolio - Potential Acquisition Date of Notice: 17 October 2016 Notice is hereby given that the Cabinet of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council intends to make a Key Decision in respect of the following matter in private and with less than the 28 days’ notice required by Regulations 5 and 9 of the above Regulations as compliance is impracticable for the reasons as set out below. Furthermore, notice is hereby given that the agreement of the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been given that the making of the decision is urgent and cannot reasonably be deferred.
