Purpose:
The release £118,450 of expected developer contributions through a planning obligation agreement for Mascall’s Farm (planning reference 17/03480 and 19/0253). Once received by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, to be allocated to Paddock Wood Town Council to fund the refurbishment of tennis courts and cricket square at the Memorial Field, Paddock Wood.
Decision:
RESOLVED – That once received by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council the sum of £118,450 of expected developer contributions through a planning obligation agreement for Mascall’s Farm be released and allocated to Paddock Wood Town Council to fund the refurbishment of tennis courts and cricket square at the Memorial Field, Paddock Wood be approved.
Reasons for the decision:
The funding would help support and deliver projects to upgrade local sports facilities.
