The approval to allocate and then subsequently release £361,435.46 of Section 106 planning obligation funding to Paddock Wood Town Council now that it has been received by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
RESOLVED –
1. That subject to the conditions set out in the S106 agreement being met in full, £361,435.46 of bank developer contributions through a planning obligation agreement for Mascalls Farm (planning ref: 17/03480/FULL and 19/0253/FULL) now received by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council be allocated to Paddock Wood Town Council to fund the delivery of their Community Centre currently under construction at Memorial Field, Paddock Wood be approved.
To support Paddock Wood Town Council’s request for funding to deliver the community centre project at the Memorial Field.
Do nothing and reject the request for funding.
No conflicts of interest were declared by any Member who was consulted in respect of this decision.
