RESOLVED - That developer contributions totalling £5,689.00 received through planning obligation 17/00763 Land West of Maidstone Road be allocated and released to Horsmonden Parish Council towards the development of the sports ground at Maidstone Road, be approved.
The allocation of funds would contribute towards the development of the sports ground at Maidstone Road, upgrading the existing facilities and improving the opportunities for youth and adult sport.
Do Nothing – The agreement is specific towards the use of the funding, failure to allocate the money would result in the funds being paid back to the developer.
No conflicts of interest were declared by any Member who was consulted in respect of this decision.
