Councillor Chapelard moved, and Councillor Fitzsimmons seconded, the recommendations set out in the report.

To note, the matter was decided taking the exempt information set out in the report as read.

The Deputy Mayor took a vote on the motion by affirmation.

RESOLVED  - That Full Council approved to award the Honorary Freedom of the Borough to the organisation set out at exempt Appendix A..

RESOLVED  - That Full Council be approved to award the Honorary Alderman to the individual set out at exempt Appendix A.
