Brenchley & Matfield Neighbourhood Development Plan Additional documents:
Minutes: Nichola Watters, Planning Policy Manager, presented the report as set out in the agenda.
Discussion and questions from Members included: - In relation to wording within the NDP regarding priority for affordable housing for households with an established local connection, it was clarified that ‘established’ was defined through the TWBC Housing Allocations Policy. This had also been questioned by the Independent Examiner and confirmed as above.
RESOLVED – That the recommendations to Cabinet as set out in the report be supported.
