Appointments to the Constitution Review Working Party PDF 108 KB Additional documents: Minutes: The Chairman, Councillor Moore, proposed that Councillors March, Munn and Rankin, along with independent member Mr Tony Quigley, be re-appointed to serve as the Constitution Review Working Party for 2017/18.
The Working Party’s terms of reference required its Chairman to be an independent member. Councillor Moore therefore proposed that Mr Quigley be re-appointed as Chairman for 2017/18.
This was unanimously supported by members of the Committee.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the following be re-appointed to the Constitution Review Working Party for 2017/18:
Councillors March, Munn and Rankin, together with independent member Mr Tony Quigley; and
(2) That Mr Quigley be re-appointed as Chairman of the Working Party for 2017/18. |

Date of Next Meeting Minutes: It was noted that the next meeting of the Committee would take place on Tuesday 27 June.
As for the start time of meetings, the Chairman suggested that meetings for the year start at 6.30pm, rather than 6pm; she said that this would achieve consistency with the vast majority of other Council meetings. This was unanimously endorsed by the Committee.
RESOLVED – That meetings of the Committee start at 6.30pm for the 2017/18 municipal year. |
