Councillor Len Horwood

Councillor Len Horwood passed away on Saturday 21 March 2020. Len was Borough Councillor for the Pantiles & St. Mark's ward since May 1992 and Mayor of the Borough of Tunbridge Wells 2018-19. He had also served as Leader of the Council, Portfolio Holder for Finance and Chairman of the Audit & Governance Committee.
