That the Sustainable Procurement Policy and Modern
Slavery Statement be approved.

That the proposed changes to the Contract Standing
Orders, pending final approval from the Audit and Governance
Committee and Full Council be noted.
REASON FOR DECISION:
Adoption would enable the Council to implement a new framework
for the use of environmental and modern slavery factors in its
evaluation of tenders, and the decision to award
contracts.
