What does the Organisation hope to achieve through the relationship?

To keep Tunbridge Wells Borough Council informed of the CAB service and vica versa.

How often are the meetings held, venue and time?

Five meetings per annum all commencing at 5.45pm for approximately 2 hours.

What skills/experience/interests would be desirable from the Council’s representative?

Knowledge of social issues nationally and locally.  Induction and training given as and when required.

What arrangements are in place to indemnify board members against the risk of personal liability?

We are a company limited by guarantee.
